Outside of the Twin Cities metropolitan region, the St. Cloud area is one of the larger communities and metropolitan areas of Minnesota. Our family moved to the St. Cloud community a few years ago and we feel it was the best decision we ever made. Our family really enjoys the number of opportunities that there are to volunteer throughout the St. Cloud community. The RSVP program is one of the larger volunteer groups in the community which works with more than 150 agencies to help others who need it.
The St. Cloud Civic Center is another great thing about this community. I have attended many meetings and seminars at this facility and it is a beautiful and impressive place to have an event. It includes more than 15 small rooms, each of them overlooking the breathtaking Mississippi River. The building has more than 41,000 feet of exhibit space and about 100,000 square feet of total space.
The St. Cloud real estate market offers a variety of neighborhoods which are great investments for families and individuals. You can find both upscale and budget oriented homes in the St. Cloud neighborhoods of Lake George, Munsinger Gardens, Hester Park, Wilson Park and Southside, among several others. For those continuing their education, St. Cloud University is just a few minutes away from these St. Cloud neighborhoods so residents get the benefits of living in a college town along with the luxury of upscale living.
Because of the town’s size, there are many homes in all prices ranges in the St. Cloud MN real estate market. The majority of homes fall in the range below $100,000 for buyers on a tighter budget. But you can find home between $100,000 and $250,000 as well. Some of the more lavish ones are available in the $250,000 and above range as well.
